Mark Edberg, Ph.D., M.A.

Professor of Prevention and Community Health, and Founding Director, Center for Social Well-Being and Development

Dr. Mark Edberg is a Professor in the Department of Prevention and Community Health, Milken Institute School of Public Health, with secondary appointments in the GWU CCAS Department of Anthropology and the Elliott School of International Affairs. He is an applied and academic anthropologist with twenty-five years of experience in social research, interventions, evaluation, strategic planning for agencies, and communication, primarily in public health, in both domestic and global contexts.
