UNICEF Long-Term Arrangement

UNICEF awarded the Center a long-term arrangement (LTA) contract for global provision of communication for development (C4D) strategic support for a minimum of three years starting in 2014. Under the LTA contract, the Center was awarded multiple awards by UNICEF country offices worldwide. One of 27 awardees worldwide (and one of four U.S.-based universities), the Center was awarded the LTA to provide expertise in three areas: (1) C4D research and analysis; (2) planning and strategy development; and (3) information and knowledge management.
